Cancellation Policy
~Deposits: To secure your reservation, a deposit toward the total balance is required. The deposit amount will be equal to 50% of the total reservation amount and must be made via a major credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks (for the deposit or for the balance). Deposits are non-refundable.
~Final Payment: The remaining balance on your reservation will be due upon arrival/checking in, unless you cancel less than 10 days prior to your check-in date, in which case your card will be charged within 24 hours of cancellation.
~Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you notify us of your need to cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check in date, we will be happy to transfer your deposit to another reservation (subject to availability) within 90 days (i.e. the new reservation check-in date must be within 90 days of the original reservation date). If you cancel less than 30 days from your scheduled check-in date, OR if a new reservation is not made with a check-in date that is within 90 days of the original reservation date, your deposit is subject to forfeit, especially if the reservation is during a peak time or holiday. If your reservation includes any weekend night (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and you do not show up or you cancel less than 10 days prior to your check-in date, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation and your card will be charged for the balance due. Only the guest named on the reservation may cancel or make changes to a reservation. All cancellations must be in writing, via e-mail. Phone/voicemail cancellations will require a follow-up e-mail from you. All cancellations will be issued a cancellation email. Your reservation is not cancelled unless you receive a cancellation email from us.
